2. Non-Refundable Services
The following payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or submission has been made:

- Government fees and statutory charges
- Professional consultation fees
- Company incorporation processing fees
- Annual secretary retainer fees already utilized
- Filing and submission fees
- Digital document preparation fees
- Any third-party charges incurred on behalf of the client
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

3. Eligibility for Refund
